refactor: Simplify terminal rendering logic

- Remove nested requestAnimationFrame calls
- Simplify handleReplay: write + refresh + scrollToBottom
- Simplify onBecameVisible: fit + refresh + focus
- Remove excessive console.log statements
- Convert async functions to sync where appropriate
